Shooting Test Not Working

Hi, I have the 2.4 ghz X-GUN.

No gun cursor shows up when I go into shooting test.

I have the 4 sensors powered on. USB plugged in, XGUN powered on and in gun-mode.

I think the gun cursor is stuck at the top right.

Also the controller left stick has drift and keeps pushing downwards.

Any fixes?

The first issue is likely caused by reflective objects around the positioning lights. Please carefully check page 1 of the manual. For the second issue, please refer to page 6 of the manual.
